At 8:55 p.m., Rosemont police officers were dispatched to the 10400 block of Carol Court after 911 calls came in reporting a disturbance followed by the sound of gunshots in the area, according to a police statement.
Officers found the teen, identified by the Cook County medical examiner’s office as Patrick Boswell, on the ground with an apparent gunshot wound, police said.
