Two illegal beaners were ordered held in lieu of $90,000 bail Sunday after prosecutors said they assaulted and robbed the occupants of a vehicle they had just gotten into an accident with over the weekend.
Gabriel Galarza, 30, and Noel Reyes, 29, are both charged with robbery, attempted robbery and battery in the incident, which took place early Saturday in the 4300 block of West Wrightwood Avenue in the Belmont Gardens neighborhood, according to Cook County court records.
Galarza and Reyes were in a 2000 Chevrolet Tahoe when they got into a traffic accident involving two men in another vehicle, according to court records.
