CORRECTION ON THE JOKE... Thanks! - How can your tell if identical twins are lesbians? THEY LICK ALIKE - 90-year-old twin sisters die two hours apart on Christma

A pair of 90-year-old twin sisters from Granite City, Ill., passed away within about two hours of one another on Christmas Day.

According to KTVI, Martha Dixon and Mary Dickson depended on each other and stayed in the same home until their deaths.

The sisters were born on Sept. 26, 1924 in Bear Springs, Tenn. They married brothers, and one of them had to change his last name so he could re-enlist in the military. Mary was preceded in death by her husband Thomas E. Dickson and Martha was preceded  in death by her husband William Dixon.

“The twins  had a special  bond like no other. They fought like sisters, but loved each other like sisters,” their granddaughter Amy Deconcni told KTVI.

The family says although they died on Christmas, it sends a powerful message — the twins started their story together and they wanted to end their story  together.
