Teen shooting victim's relative removed from courthouse by police

Family member of a teenager killed in Rosemont had to be forcibly removed from a suburban Cook County courthouse Tuesday after taunting a group of people who were there in support of the man who has been charged.

The suspect in the shooting death of 14-year-old Patrick Boswell, of Des Plaines, was ordered held without bond on first-degree murder charges Tuesday, despite his lawyer's assertions that defendant Cesar Garay, 20, is not a gang member and has a 2-year-old son to support, with another baby on the way even though public aid and welfare cover the costs.
