David William Ramage, whose entire head has been inked with a series of bizarre patterns, was charged with one count of aiding in prostitution following an undercover police operation, reports the Charleston Daily Mail.
Cops in Parkersburg claim that the suspects were posting classified advertisements offering sex for cash and "other illegal activities" on Backpage.com and Craigslist.
Police conducted five separate sting operations at various locations in the city after responding to the ads.
Ramage, who is 45-years-old and from Newport, Ohio, was detained alongside seven other suspects. Wayne A. McCallister, 27, of Raeford, N.C., was also charged with aiding in prostitution.
Parkersburg women Ashley Nicole Davis, 27, Angela D. Duelley, 26, Brittany D. Carlton, 27, Angela L. Smith, 30, and Lorrae Anne Church, 38, were all charged with prostitution.
Tiona Marie Rowe, 22, of Bluefield, faces the same charge.
