North Miami police sniper program suspended after police fire at black men's mugshots

What the RACE BAITING MEDIA fails to address is that the sniper team used old recycled mugshot spreads. Some were all white, some all Hispanic and some all black...
When a suspect is placed in a photo array - the other photos must look similar to the suspect.
So a black suspect will have all black photos with it, a white suspect will have all white photos with is...
But since "somebody" wanted to exploit this matter in a racial manner... the black suspects photo array was only USED.

Eyebrows were raised and outrage was stirred after North Miami snipers were discovered using mugshots of black men as target practice at a gun range.
A print of mugshot photos was discovered in the trash by Sgt. Valerie Deant of the Florida Army National Guard when she came to the range to practice.
Her brother, Woody Deant, was depicted in one of the mugshots.
Woody Deant was arrested 15 years ago in connection with a drag racing accident in which two people died. He served four years in prison. Deant told local station NBC6 that the incident no longer has a hold on his life. He told the TV station, “I’m a father. I’m a husband. I’m a career man. I work nine-to-five.”
The North Miami Police Department’s sniper training program has since been suspended. A review of training processes and materials is currently underway and the matter is being investigated by police officials.
“We have other targets, too,” said [Maj. Kathy Katerman]. “We don’t just shoot at black males.
“Katerman said North Miami Beach sharpshooters also take aim at mugshot lineups of Anglos and Hispanics. She said the department finds it useful to use lineups with faces that share similar characteristics. It was just an unfortunate coincidence that Woody Deant’s photo was a target the same day that his sister was using the range for her annual weapons training qualification.”
