Feds urge leniency for 'most significant drug cartel traffickers in Chicago's history' - Really? Hang these pricks in a public square!

Brothers Pedro (left) and Margarito Flores rose from street-level Chicago drug dealers to the top of the cartel world, federals prosecutors say. But the feds are seeking just 10 to 16 years in prison for the brothers, who will be sentenced later this month, because of their “unparalleled” cooperation.
